Shipping and Returns

We aim to dispatch all our orders within 2 Working Days from London, UK via Royal Mail. Please allow a little longer during busy periods (promotional periods, Christmas).

You will be offered several options for delivery at checkout including:

Next day - Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £5
3-4 days - Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £3.50

Please note that we aim to deliver your order as soon as possible to you, however during busy periods, Royal Mail strikes and bank holiday weekends it may take longer to process your order.

Returns from Orders shipped to the UK

We hope you will be happy with your order, but if for any reason you are not, we will offer you a refund, exchange or replacement. This offer is only valid as long as you return the products to us within 14 working days, unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are not fit for sale.

Items returned by post can take up to 14 working days to process. In case of a refund we will reimburse you using your original payment method. Please get in touch at marina@faisbotanicals.com to request a return explaining the reason and stating your order number. Once we approve it, we will provide you with a pre-paid postage label. We strongly advise that you obtain a postage receipt from your local drop off point. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our headquarters. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. Make sure your items are securely wrapped and send your return to: MK Design & Art Direction Ltd, 62 Bushey Hill Road, London SE58QJ. Once we have processed your return we will reimburse the amount to your original payment method. Please be aware that it can take 3 to 5 working days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card statement. If you haven’t been contacted by us after you’ve sent your parcel, please contact us at marina@faisbotanicals.com in order for us to further look into the matter.
