Shipping and Returns

You will be offered several options for delivery at checkout including:

UK 3-4 day delivery - Royal Mail Signed For® 2nd Class:  £4
UK 1 day delivery - Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class:  £4.50 
UK next day delivery - Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm®:  £9
Ireland and EU 3-7 days delivery - via courier for countries including Ireland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy,  Poland, Portugal, Spain (Mainland only): £9

Please note that we aim to deliver your order as soon as possible to you, however during busy periods eg. Christmas it may take longer to process your order.


RETURNS FROM ORDERS SHIPPED TO THE UK - RETURN PRODUCTS BY TRACKABLE UK COURIER OR ROYAL MAIL RECORDED DELIVERY

We hope you will be happy with your order, but if for any reason you are not, we will offer you a refund, exchange or replacement. This offer is only valid as long as you return the products to us within 14 working days, unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are not fit for sale.

Items returned by post can take up to 14 working days to process. In case of a refund we will reimburse you using your original payment method. You need to complete the Returns Form included with your parcel with the details of the products you are returning and enclose the note with your returned parcel. Please give a reason why the products are not suitable and whether you require an exchange or refund, we would love to know your feedback to be able to improve our products. Please always include your contact details such as telephone number and email address in case we need to get in touch with you regarding your return. If you no longer have your Returns Form, please get in touch at marina@faisbotanicals.com to request a new Returns Form. We strongly advise that your parcel is sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and that you obtain a postage receipt from the Post Office with your tracking number. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. Make sure your items are wrapped and send your return to: MK Design & Art Direction Ltd, 90a Farleigh Road, London N167TQ. . Once we have processed your return we will contact you by telephone or email. Please be aware that it can take 3 to 5 working days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card statement. Please note that due to extended shipping times it may take longer to process returns from Ireland and other EU addresses. If you haven’t been contacted by us after you’ve sent your parcel, please contact us at info@gorgeousbotanics.com in order for us to further look into the matter.
